Mr. Portillo was an Attorney with the Law Offices of Seymour M. Rose until its closing in 2013. The law firm specialized in representing clients in all varieties of family law matters. Through his years with this law office Mr. Portillo developed a specialty in dealing with the complex issues involved in child custody, child support, spousal support, determining and dividing community property interest in high value assets, and all other areas of dissolution.
